It is not time to be confused for BNP supporters

I would not have written this title or even this post. but have to write it now. Many a readers of this blog and supporters of BNP have questioned me that whether BNP should get Oli Ahmed or B Chowdhury and those who had to leave would join back in this council. I tried explaining them all that, since its inception BNP passed most notorious and hard time in last three years. Those who have their personality images and was big leaders of the party at certain period and level; did nothing for the sake of the party at this period. They all were selfish and remain selfish. This ultimately came true this morning when two of those debating BNP supporters have showed me their nod.

it is not wrong for the BNP supporters to a confused image. But they should think what ultimately happened. As the newspapers also reported that those who left BNP like sheikh rajjak, oli ahmed, b choudhury or mahi b choudhury and so on - since they played good role and worked for the party in past should be asked to join back.

Look, BNP represents the sentiment and emotions of the people of Bangladesh. It is not like kids park, neither BNP at any level lacks its qualities to respond any matters with socio-political diplomacy. Given the changed situation after 1/11 and BALs self claimed proprietorship of liberation war, have divided the nation. BNPs this council is very important and it will show the light to the real path.

We cannot let them grab back whom we or themselves once changed our courses. As i said BNP represents bangladesh, it is tough for those so called mother fucking moralist leaders whoever have left or said or acted against BNP to reinstate themselves in BNP. They wanted to dictate the party when BNP cleanse itself leaving them. There been some whispering -at post 1/11 situation that- all went everywhere that all the freedom fighters are leaving BNP.
No, you are wrong, we are still here and alive with BNP!

Trust vs. Interest

As you all know by now that BNP's council is going to held on 8TH December to BCFCC; there are so many things going within the party. Few of the newspapers off course from BAList have and are repeatedly trying to destabilize the organization of the council - we still can see few people within the party, within BNP are not really cooperating.

We got mass committee reorganized from district level but these are controversial. Controversial in the sense as some of the wings really did not get chance and some we never wanted them to regain party positions, have managed their ways.

There been series of planned and guided attacks while organizing such district councils to form district representative committees where interest groups have acted heinously. You can debate on them as for now the situation is like you will have to accept them. Please be aware that we form most of district committees but those 'bivison' are still in side at policy making level. This is no good. This will not be of any use. BNP for future will still continue with isolation - they recently experienced in terms of media coverage and bond building for awareness.

Check all the leaders and their performances whoever are right now acting in some representative positions of BNP, now should be accounted of organizing their own district committees. It is really a matter of great grief if Kh. Delwar Hossain being acting party secretary is contributing in the spirit at his locality. He is brave and committed.

This is a dark time for the party and the sun is not rising very soon. We still counting the time see some rays of hope that one day the sun will go straight up. I do not mean tarek here.

Like as the newspapers are saying, now we are left with an impression that some 'stability' will not be maintain as from the outcome of the council. Very bad! For example, think of chittagong or cox's bajar incident; what is ultimately established? Lack of unity among party people in those areas? Only division among the leaders were established at the cost of BNP's own image.

Last night NTV said the party leaders will be elected from grass root level. I am waiting for that day when democratic rights will be exercised internally by the political parties of Bangladesh. I could not believe the news. However i got clarity as i got more and details on the report and it said only the party chairperson will be elected. And only the chairperson can selected, elect, choose the candidates for topper positions as per his or her choices. This is no good.

The quality of the revision BNPs constitution said, Chairpersons right to send nomination for party top positions will be revoked from this time. However, if this going to be true that is good. Just you need to add one more line that chairperson will be able to assign responsibilities whoever she wishes but only after grass root workers confirms their performance.

As for management when we studied that top management need to be flexible to run down and up on all the levels of organization so should be practiced. The hierarchy and formation of cluster groups inside the party must not remain so solid that clears out the ways to be spoken for non-heard for long.

People whom we trusted during the bustard moeen jamana, are now putting themselves behind a grey curtain. People who talked for democracy during bustard moeen jamana, are now coming to front line. This must not happen. This is the time for change. We have people around us who are trusted and we have people who are around us for their own interest. We must not judge them equally. Being loyal, brave is one thing and being disturbance to reorganization is another thing. Off course second one is a crime.

The court verdict on mujib killing and few truths

Last Thursday our court gave a historical ruling over mujib killing trial that uphold the verdict given by highcourt. However, the consequences that the killers have to die. We all knew this would be the court verdict. Hence, the government needs to complete the formalities in proper trial procedures. This is done with this verdict.

There are few things that Bangladesh Awami (a urdu word) League did and doing....i shall try to put these here by points:

1. Sheikh Saheb was killed at mid night as we all know with his families.
2. On the 15 August, following day - few of the awami members were fully aware that there will be some oath taking ceremony.
3. Kh. Mustaq became the president. And a full minister line was also there. This list of ministers taking oath even includes Dewan Farid Gaji!!!
4. These ceremonies were performed by H T Imam - now adviser to sheikh hasina.
5. On 26TH September Kh. Mustaq issue Presidential Ordinance protecting the killers. This is known as 'indemnity ordinance'.
6. It took awami league, its leaders and all the well wishers of awami league to file a case against this killing - 21 years.
7. General Shafiullah and A K khandokar along with their navy incharge - were the three people who stepped up to deliver nation wide radio speech to support and raise acceptance for Kh. Mustaq.

I have wishes to give you full details on this very soon. I shall get my contents organized for it. At any level, BNP, Zia or Any of zia family were not linked with that killing. You will get this proved. Zia came to scene later, even after jail killings. And he came to the consequences when soldiers brought him!

November 19, 2009

Today is a special day, November 19, 2009. And i have few issues to share with you all:

The ministers, government servants, security forces and agents, so called our 'detective' branches had alarmed, whistled that on 19 there will be 'nashokota nashokota vaab' in the country. Therefore they have tightened up all security measures. They are checking every suspects and have already sent thousands of floating people from the street to jail as 'chalaan'. Vagabonds are really threat and can add colors to the 'nashokota nashokota vaab'. No doubt - our government thinks so.

Anyway we were wondering why there will be 'nashokota', who wants to 'nash' what?

The taken measures beefing the security were armed forces deployment and so on. I am sure who recently roamed around the city have experienced this. Some black and blue dressed bulls stop different vehicles, get the passengers out of it, ask some question and checks ins and outs of the vehicle - i mean kills the valuable times and allow us to go without saying a simple 'thank you' for your cooperation.

No, i am wrong. The government have taken full initiatives to maintain law and order and security for citizens. They have asked every CNG scooters to put up a metal made cage on their open sides, so the passengers getting in can feel protected like the animals in zoo. Yes, if you do not believe my words, just go outside on the street and see the changes yourself. Just as nashokota nashokota vaab, i wanted to go from north to south of the city and i hired a CNG - this morning. Really, we got the cage and i felt like same what i said and what you would experience.

See, the government is advising funniest measures for public to take. They clearly failed to ensure safe journey of people. Aah! Awami league!!!

BNP's party constitution: how we will feel it is our party constitution?

I think the lessons 1/11 put for them, they did not accept it. As we all know recently BNP's party constitution and organizational policies been revised by party's talents pools - we the mass, followers, supporters, activists and appraisers - are ideally kept aside in the process. This is not democracy!

I feel serious to this issue as few of the higher ups as well as few of the think tanks contributed largely and the task of improvising and revising the contents were assigned to them officially. But we the mass kept blank. Why? This is not correct practice, this is not right. Like you and you all, it is also my party and i have voted for my party and i work for my party. Why my voices will not be heard before the party high command adopts the new constitution and the principals. We did not forget the miracle done by the same class of people who let the scene with last election.

We want to see the party constitution. Madam please make new history and example before you formally adopt to the party constitution! Open up the draft and the proposal to us. Send it to news papers and get it published - even if it requires you to publish in advertisement format. We want to see it and say our sayings before you approve it. We are the party we want to clear our future mission and vision by the next council.

This is not really appreciated! In fact it is shocking that you did not want to judge the party members sentiment. Your high command were not in jail, but you. Remember, we missed you a lot on those days and we do not want anything same or similar to happen ever in future and we want our party constitution itself to raise new leadership, practice democracy and be more tolerant with strong focus on sociocultural bonds. The constitution should dig up the first seed of democratic ruling and party activities.

Madam, please publish the constitution, we want to see what you are approving by the surroundings - off course trusted for years long. We have respect for all of them whoever draft up this. But we also have right to say about it. It is no matter that the party engage few people and assign the task to them. But we have the right to know. Please do not violate our right. Allow us to exercise our right to discuss, debate and think about the party constitution you are going to approve and amend next. This is safe and good for all.

Madam! Madaaaaaaaaam! Maaadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam! Please listen us!!!

Clashes among CHT BNP

This is not a good sign the news titled in every newspapers this morning. Whoever you say, khasru or noman; should be sent a letter to explain their responsibilities. The whole party is now under a process of reorganization, CHT been the biggest part and most influential leaderships - have undoubtedly failed the message of unity compromising on the past deals!

It been much discussed and long waited council call for BNP, CHT. Everybody expected this need to be a success after experiencing 1/11. However, they have not changed. Very sorry, but the practice and culture have not changed. It is not a good sign.

I think, since the process of isolating and damaging the reputation of BNP is working everywhere by state, government, opposition parties and so on civil classes - BNP high command should punish both the leaders. We know khasru's performance and noman's dedication; but at this over all context of BNP, very now, it should not be tolerated. Get their spaces curtailed and exposed little in principle.

I know none of these are going to happen. But their activities helped to deliver and add spirit to the message our oppositions are trying to deliver. See the newspapers with SIA with BAL, they never post such big image of hasina. But they published so big picture of the clashes between CHT BNP groups.

General Shafiullah: The coward general

I was reading the news from the appellate division hearings on sheikh murder case. At certain points, few issues were clearing up from the news and real concerns were expressed in the hearing. It is not like they were not previously, we debated on. But at least whatever we said or debated or discussed in many days; are now presented before the court under a judicial procedure. It makes lot different from us saying 'AA' and saying the same in court. Anyway. I have few questions.

Why general shafiullah's ranks and benefits and so on will not be taken away like Army did with one former head of the department - i guess that was related with making some novice remarks.

If some novice remarks can cause a former army head to surrender all of his things, why shafiullah will not have the same fate? He should have and if it is not done yet, make him do it to uphold the glory of military.

I cannot imagine why sheikh promoted shafiullah at his ruling. There is no reason, i understand. If he would let the chain of command in army go with its own way, things might had changed. Even sheikh trusted shafiullah so blatantly. Sheikh was betrayed and they were all bad guys with good face on around him. I really feel sad with the happenings with him, such a public figure!

Being a general and head of state army, he knew everything. He knew what is going to happen. As we know the sequence of happenings and detail of the incident; we easily can understand; it was well planned. Not like an instant incident. It was a killing plot that were shared among the players, that - i do not know - they might have rehearsal - i do not know. But any level it does not conclude to be a instant incident. And general shafiullah knew it well. He knew it and he was silent, never bothered to report it. Why? He saw carrots? May be as the proceeding of the trial shows that government is very keen in bringing the righteous justice in this matter - hasina said nothing yet - and this is not the usual hasina as we know her- this week we will get the verdict from court.

Even the court will finish its job and few will get hung; but it will let those carrot dreamer shafiullah untouchable. If you do not dig proper well enough, you will not get the clear picture and real motif.

There were few soldiers who did it but they were backed by their seniors, politicians, government employees and so on. It seems like A's interest plus B's interest plus C's interest etc all matched in the killing. Off i cannot think of it. If such so many backers were there, the ultimate target may be were different totally and quite big at our complete astonishment. Not certain, but since it is BAL government, it is high time, they should not get the file closed after the punishment delivered. And there is no real sense in trying to relate Zia family in it. Do not make non sense as few of BAL leaders related Tarek Zia with this sad event. But in practical we all know he was too kid to handle at that time. I suggest BAL that, since they successfully managed to bring the matter to today's state; they should open up all the rest behind it than making simple political agenda by relating zia family.

BNP needs to repair and rebuild its relationship with media

Not writing for long...been little upset for reasons....what i observed that BNP needs to invite media personnel, news paper stuffs and editors, reporters and so on whoever are there -that create the concern, raise the pressure on respective authorities........immediately.

We lack in maintaining relationship with our media industry both electronic and printed. We, even the worse than maintaining, never take initiatives to repair, rebuild, or reduce the gaps that been certainly orchestrated by others. I think it is high time we seriously need to look at it. No doubt, our media industry have effectively make us feel their presence, strongly. Like it or don't; we are having some isolation. Please work on it.

It is Bangladesh Nationalist Party who amended the 4TH amendment of constitution - which was repeatedly changed from its spirits by Sheikh at his ruling periods, four times - and ensured the freedom and growth of the media industry in Bangladesh. Should they be the most closed one to the media, unfortunately BNP failed to do so in reality. However, the spirit and good wishes BNP had with fifth amendment of our constitution; is holding at the same height. BNP has an open scope and much advantageous ways to tighten up the bond. Let madam, be a frequent flyer to press club and change the guy the whoever is in media relation function and responsibilities of the party - not proved himself to be worthy. Remember, there will be no movement against this BAL government, it will be a REVOLUTION. The media wing of the party is really a crap! Who is he, change him now! But reduce the gap with the media industry.

Sheikh Mujib Rahmatullah Alayhe

It was not very long but this ramadan, when i was watching TV (may be it was http://www.channel-i-tv.com), before iftar. There was a show going on where viewers ask question and the panel answer it. All were based on and related to islam. I heard a teacher of madrassa calling and placing a question that they are getting pressure to put the photo of Sheikh saheb in the madrassa premise. Being an islamic educational institution, how they should respond to it. The panel responded carefully and said the authority, they believe, are fully aware about islamic rules and regulations. Surely they would be bringing a solution to it and the pressure must not be there. That questioner, termed sheikh saheb as 'sheikh mujib rahmatullah alayhe'.

And this is the title of today's post.

I found this very interesting. But it was just a single incident, i later did not find any related news on this. or saw anything anywhere. May be it was a fun by someone.

This morning, i was looking at the newspapers http://www.dailynayadiganta.com! My eye got choked when i saw a report on Daily Naya Diganta! It says the friday 'khutba's in our mosques must include sheikh saheb. Interesting. I think if they keep pushing may be he will become an apostle in near future. Now BAL have changed their target. They do not bother for Nobel Prize for hasina mia but they are setting connection in ruhanyat!

I think BAL is walking on multiple levels, seen, unseen.

They always wanted to widen the gap between people and islam. If the news or discussion at islamic foundation is true, how will you respond to it?

Look, it been in islamic history for centuries that khutbah typically contained praise for the landlords. But many a shariah specialist found this annoying to public. This makes no difference between a feudal society and the teachings of islam. 'Praise the king to live in his kingdom'! Like they changed nights into days by pulling the watch back.

If i am correct, i read certain verses in the holy quran where Allah said something like 'surely there are signs for wise people how we create days from nights and nights from days'! BAL may think themselves to be that wise, they pulled the watch backward!

Anyway, shall not be fluffy anymore.

I do not mean to hurt anyone or anybody as all the contents you read here are simply my own funky-stuffs. Nothing institutional or representative.

No doubt he was a great leader and certainly he would remain in his own place. You do not need to impose or instruct mosques to deliver khutba on sheikh saheb. It was done in middle ages. But islam is a great religion and it keeps purifying itself always. If you really want imams of mosque to deliver khutbah on sheikh saheb; be aware that you will be responsible for bringing the BAL and anti-BAL rages into the mosque.

Surely mosques are places for security, safety and peace! Khutbah on sheikh saheb may led to ignite some tension on the mosque premise! Doing anything that makes the mosque as a crowded bazaar - is a top bad job and people will not appreciate it!

I really do not know what is in their mind. I do not want to term this proposal maker as a slave or i do not know - but i am sure slave is much of higher distinction than the person whoever proposed it.

The present situation in Bangladesh does not permit any thing from the politics to go inside the religion. People are much aware. Instead i see implementing this, if at all they can do it, will cause clash at mosques.

How many mosques we have in our country? A hundred thousand?
With full of their anger, if these rages convert in clashes instantly, do you know how many people will be in risk of injury from going to mosque?

Even if you take 1 person per mosque, it is still a hundred thousand people!

People will surely protest anything that they do not enjoy or like! You cannot stop it. Like you they have their rights!

See, such a proposal can create great damage! The direct outcome will be such clashes converted from hot debates & argument and the indirect outcome will be 'unrest' in society. The man who lived like brothers for being muslim beyond their political believes will now be forced to break!

The brotherhood of islam will be destroyed!
People will not let the kids to go to mosque for clashes. Kids will forget their religion.

May be these are BAL's ultimate motive.

I hope Allah will increase our tolerance power! And ensure his children will safely go back to their home as few from the spoilt are planning to hamper the continuity!!!

BAL intriguing plot in the name of 'Conference on Poverty Eradication'

They made a plot in the name of 'conference on poverty eradiaction'. It is nothing but the same old food in new package. BALs were excited to the fullest as they thought this is the day they are going to make history. Nice attempts though! Allah opened up their true faces now. And surely Khaleda Zia is among those rightly guided and blessed. Her recent announcement about boycotting the conference was just nothing but a slap on the face of BAL and their prime minister - for not being prime minister of the nation but only 'BAL'er prime minister.

Did you ever hear that Khaleda Zia or any of her party member confirmed or said anything that Khaleda Zia will be joining the conference and make poverty eradication call jointly with the BAL leader?

The answer is 'no'.

Then, how come such a reaction spreading in newspapers, internet!!! I am sure tonight we will see some overwhelming responses (please read negative reactions, negative comments & gusti udhdhar) on BNP and Khaleda Zia by the self-claimed 'Jatir bibeker dai' speakers and boktas on series of talk shows.

What a nasty politics that BAL does.

Many people in the country and abroad been looking at this conference. Most of them ignored the fact that the announcement of Khaleda Zia joining such conference were solely made by BAL activities and their 'stake holders'.

This joint effort propaganda went so high at its pace and height that they could and been proved to be successful enough, without doubt, created impression among the nation that Khaleda Zia is really going to attend the conference. Neither Khaleda Zia's joining the conference can eradicate poverty overnight nor Hasina. We all know the truth. But what makes the difference is the past. Khaleda Zia for sure cannot go there. At least she is the only leader on this world - who fought against poverty all her life and who lead by example of poverty eradication. The land for her country remained same but the population keep growing. She served the nation for the longest terms to eradicate the poverty after series of natural calamities, political unrest. She is the only leader who managed to get this nations overall socioeconomic indicators higher than any other leader of this world. Her fight against the poverty is uncomparable and she saved millions during her rules.

When Khaleda Zia was struggling all her best, days after days, months after months; Hasina of BAL kept putting obstacles on her ways. We did not forget those days. BAL wants poverty for political business and capitalization.

It is said in our religion to 'hate poverty'.

Surely a pure call for poverty eradication can jointly be addressed or a movement can jointly be launched again. But it was not a pure call. It was a plot against the party and our leader. They plotted to harass her by the audience and treatment by attendance in person. They wanted to create scene and dramas to put a new blame game. They wanted to capitalized on the outcome of the conference and to send nomination for nobel prize. Sheikh Hasina is dying for nobel prize. She does not deserve it and she lacks.

They had different motive! Political capitalization! They realized they went far away from the people and their real massalla of vote casting opened up! They want themselves to get popularity in shadow of the presence of Khaleda Zia!

They realized it and it is proved that they want more promotion with the help of Khaleda zia because Hasina felt short!!!

Council of BNP

We received the declaration, after lots of discussions, guesses, debates! It is December 8, 2009, Bangladesh Nationalist Party to held their Fifth National Council. A great day finally.

We can recall, it was after fall of homo; when Khaleda led BNP first got the power, we had our last council. I can still remember that day in front of our Sangsad Bhaban. We had everyone coming there from all around the country. We were strong, quick and bold in our presence. It was long back!

Anyway, let us come to some point. This council, was indeed needed for a long time. But the bustard moeen as well as the flow in political culture of Bangladesh - might hold it back. Finally it is raining now.

We have experienced again what it takes a nation without democracy. We saw the traitors, we saw the believers and do not forget we saw the opportunist. We also saw the 'nobin'; group in the party.

For me, the party must take some strong active initiatives to standout their political motives, philosophy and belief to the young generation. We saw so many things and background of BNP formation. But these young peoples do not know. We need to spread out this to them. And the party must do something. They need to live web broadcast if necessary to spread the party principles clearly to the young boy or girl sitting in front of the computer next door.

We must not wait. They must know our party beliefs and so that they can compare it within the time BAL rules this period. This we need to make sure, so BAL do not comeback in power, and NEVER!

BAL-isation

Much not a speaker, Golam, the ACC chief has opened up his mouth recently. We saw nothing but he said 'toothless tiger' turning also in 'nail less on the claws'. Interesting!

Golam, once a civil servant, has now to take the prescriptions of Law ministry headed by dedicated servant of judicial system. Both of them belong to BAL, but the skin color is different so is the food they had. The races are different. You cannot call monkeys simply 'monkey' when they look blackish and yellowish. If you have not yet learn it then learn now to say 'a blackish monkey'; 'a yellowish monkey'.

Well, i do not like confusing people. Let us go straight to it. The Golam, the blackish monkey, said the law minister or the yellowish monkey - sent them love letter prescriptions. The prescription is all about reforming the laws for the ACC. The implementation can cut the working capacity of ACC. The black monkey cannot jump on anywhere they want, anymore. Yellow monkey wants the territory to be urinated for marking purpose so the black monkey be completely aware of its periphery. Yellow monkey seems to be wiser enough. He also ensured how the black monkey's should behave within their own territory. The yellow monkey do not want to accept it, at least he cannot die for it - he never says this is not going to help dinbodol. It is like a pros saying he raised my cloths to poke - i was just standing to see what he does. So the yellow monkey called for a press conference and said 'uptakoiralagaykaitkoiralagaychitkoiralagaykharialagaybosaialagay'.

The black monkey spelled out it is the yellowish system not letting them work properly. What a heck! We know this. We do not hope for any better when we saw the judicial separation ultimately did nothing better or no improvement for the common people. In fact, common people avoid courts. We know some people have nothing but to sell their 'words'. We do not have time for them. We do not even think by mistake some miracle will happen there, ever. Have you heard about 'khashi murgi'?

Anyway, yellow monkey wants black monkey on their monkey terms. Monkey terms mean BAL terms. So ACC can be converted. This will help in ACC bodol. The yellow made the prescription, the black with respect to their racial association will have to accept it. And so, ACC is in process of BAL-isation. It will be converted in harassing the opponents.

I have questions irrelevantly relevant:

- where is the toothless tiger actually?
- did BAL change their habits?

Shameless act of Awami League

In a rigorous move of overthrowing public interest, exiling any attempts to get the citizen protected and more secured, that BAL government have yesterday passed a law to give life time special security arrangement for the LEFTOVER Sheikh family. What a shameless act in the name of democracy! What a hypocrite!

This would be the day in the history of democracy to be noted when democracy turned into regal feudalism. Yes, that of the mid age. And that is what her father wanted to achieve - to become a king, his sons- to become prices, his daughters-to become princesses. Sheikh himself was so shameless in his doings and sayings, so we had expected that her daughter would have learn the lessons from the history that power must be exercised and rights must be established without compromise and correctly. But it seems she, doctor hasina mia, is not so receptive to the lessons. This is very bad.

There are hundreds and thousands of incidents in this city where we the common people have to get cheated or robbed - you never strengthened the enforcement of the prevailing laws to secure our daily life. You never imposed new regulations so we feel more secured and protected. You did nothing exemplary. You are truly a non-benevolent!

Instead you want public to spend money, give taxes so you can raise, feed and maintain a force to secure you and the butts! This is shameless act. I do not want my taxes to go in the treasury and save or protect the butts for being the member of sheikh family in the name of threats created by themselves. We can pay taxes for our prime minister's security but not for butt's and buttocks!!!

First case withdrawal against tarique rahman

Just saw the news on bdnews24 that BAL government have decided to drop the case against Tarique Rahman! What a move BAL made. For sure those cases, are still undoubtedly, yet to get their final verdicts from the court. Most of the cases, filed under Bustard Moeen regime, were tools of harassment and physical torture to Tarique.

The report said only one case against tarique will be dropped as BAL found it filed for bad motives. I have a question. That bustard moeen and the gang, in their two years time could not prove any single allegations against him. And nor any case got a resolution yet, what is making BAL to keep all other cases against him, HANGING? Just get the cases dropped ASAP. Otherwise you must share the blame of doing the harms with the life of tarique in the name of interrogation of these cases! If you cannot get the life back to him for the sins he never committed; can't you even drop all the cases against him now!!!? Or you want to play game????
